The ClickUp integration lets Felan work with tasks in the workspace authorized during OAuth. Felan can research existing work and, when you explicitly ask, create or update tasks.

Setup

Open Integrations

Select the Felan team that should use ClickUp, then open Integrations from the main navigation.

Connect ClickUp

Find ClickUp, click Connect, and complete the OAuth authorization flow.

Confirm the workspace

Felan discovers the first ClickUp workspace available to the connected account and stores its workspace identifier with the team connection.

  • Research tasks available to the connected account
  • Create and update tasks when requested

Troubleshooting

The wrong workspace is available — Reconnect with a ClickUp account whose first authorized workspace is the one your Felan team should use. Permission errors — Confirm that the connected ClickUp user can access the target space and list.
