Keep operational boundaries explicit

State which environments Felan may inspect or change, which commands are read-only, and which actions require human approval. If production logs or infrastructure are not available through the current session or connected tools, provide the relevant evidence directly or ask Felan to identify the missing access. Use Knowledge for runbooks and durable service context, Environments for scoped runtime configuration, and Automations for repeatable event responses.
