The Zephyr Scale integration lets Felan manage test cases and folders in Zephyr Scale for Jira Cloud. It uses a Zephyr Scale API token and Jira project key stored with the selected Felan team.

Prerequisites

  • Jira Cloud with Zephyr Scale - Test Management for Jira installed
  • A Zephyr Scale API token
  • The Jira project key used by Zephyr Scale
A Zephyr Scale API token is different from an Atlassian account API token.

Setup

1

Create a Zephyr Scale token

In Jira, open Settings → General Settings → Apps → Zephyr API Access Tokens, create a token, and copy it when shown.
2

Open Integrations

Select the Felan team that should use Zephyr Scale, then open Integrations from the main navigation.
3

Configure Zephyr Scale

Find Zephyr Scale, click Configure, enter the API token and project key, then save. Felan validates the credential against the project before storing it.

Supported behavior

  • List, read, create, and update test cases
  • Read and update test steps
  • List and create test-case folders
  • Preserve Zephyr test-case keys for later updates
The provider ID is zephyr.

Troubleshooting

Validation returns 401 — Generate a new Zephyr Scale API token and update the connection. No cases are returned — Confirm the project key and the token’s access to that Jira project.
