The Testiny integration lets Felan manage test cases and test plans in one Testiny project. The API key and numeric Testiny project ID are stored with the selected Felan team.

Setup

Create a Testiny API key

In Testiny, open Profile → API Keys and generate an API key.

Find the project ID

Open the Testiny project and copy its numeric project ID from the project URL.

Open Integrations

Select the Felan team that should use Testiny, then open Integrations from the main navigation.

Configure Testiny

Find Testiny, click Configure, enter the API key and numeric project ID, then save. Felan validates the credential against that project before storing it.

  • List, read, create, and update test cases
  • List, read, create, and update test plans
  • Preserve numeric Testiny IDs for later updates and automation references
  • Publish Playwright JUnit results with the installed Testiny importer when result publication is explicitly enabled
The provider ID is testiny. Testiny’s numeric IDs remain the compatibility identifiers for cases, plans, and the configured project.

Troubleshooting

The project ID is rejected — Use only the numeric project ID shown in the Testiny project URL. Validation fails — Confirm that the API key can access the configured Testiny project, then update the connection from Integrations. Felan cannot find a case — Confirm that the case belongs to the configured project and retain its numeric Testiny ID when referencing it.
