The GitHub integration gives Felan access to authorized repositories. Felan can inspect repository content, work on branches, and use GitHub events to start team automations.

Setup

1

Open Integrations

Select the Felan team that should use GitHub, then open Integrations from the main navigation.
2

Connect GitHub

Find GitHub, click Connect, and complete the authorization flow.
3

Choose repository access

Grant access to the repositories Felan should be able to enumerate and use.
4

Configure automations

Open Automations to create event triggers for supported GitHub events.

Supported behavior

  • Enumerate and clone authorized repositories
  • Read repository content and metadata
  • Work on branches and open or update pull requests when requested
  • Read pull requests, reviews, issues, commits, and repository-hosted skills
  • Receive push, pull request, review, comment, and deployment-status events for team automations
Felan loads valid SKILL.md files under .agents/skills/ from authorized repositories into the runtime catalog.

Troubleshooting

A repository is missing — Review the repository access granted to the GitHub connection, then reconnect from Integrations if access changed. A write is rejected — Confirm that the connection can write repository contents and pull requests for that repository. An event does not start a session — Confirm that an active team automation matches the GitHub provider, event type, and filters.
